Dhanurasana, also known as Bow Pose, is a yoga posture that resembles an archer's bow when performed. Here's how to do it:

  • Lie flat on your stomach with your arms by your sides, palms facing upwards.

  • To release, exhale and gently lower your chest, thighs, and feet back to the ground.
  • Rest in the prone position for a few breaths before repeating the pose if desired.
